The $250 Pants

Rewards cards crack me up sometimes. You get one punch for $10 spent and 25 punches gets you $10! Wait...so I buy $250 worth of merchandise and you'll throw in an extra $10 that I can spend on more of your merchandise. Yep.

I mean don't get me wrong, the incentives of rewards cards still get me every time, but when you think about it, it seems a little ridiculous.

So, there's two ways you can look at it: 1) I got these pants for spending $250 at a store or 2) I got these pants for free last night when I found them on sale for $9.98 and used my $10 reward at the cash register .

Yeah, let's go with free. Mmmmm-hmm...
